Volunteer Updates - Stillwater PTSA

Thank you for your interest volunteering with RMS PTSA!

The Randall PTSA is looking for volunteers who are willing to share their time and talents. Volunteering is a great way to be involved and enrich school activities.

For more information on volunteer opportunities, please contact volunteers@randallptsa.org. Hillsborough County Public Schools will be utilizing a volunteer application and visitor management system (Raptor) for the 2023-2024 school year. All visitors and volunteers to the school must complete this form.

*All volunteers and community partners must complete or reactivate the district online Volunteer Application each school year. Most volunteers only need a Level 1 application; the HCPS site explains who should apply for Level 2, fingerprinted volunteers. New applications for current school year become available on July 1, the start of the new school year. Thank you. Click on this paragraph to complete your form!

STAFF APPRECIATION

Assist the Staff Appreciation Chairs with the many wonderful things they do for the teachers throughout the year.  Sign up when you are available to help bring supplies for a Staff Appreciation meal, decorate, or clean up after the event.

BOOK FAIR

Help set up and run the book fair twice a year.

FUNDRAISING

Work with the Fundraising Chair on projects to raise funds so we can continue to support our students, teachers and staff.

ARTS/FAMILY NIGHT

Help organize and implement an entertaining evening.

OCCASIONAL VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Volunteer at school as needed to help with things like picture day, selling reindeer grams, etc.

HONORING OUR VOLUNTEERS
